I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor, Counselling Therapist and ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider who works with individuals, couples and families.

I offer in-person, online and walk and talk sessions which take place on a trail. My walk and talk sessions happen at Mill Creek Ravine during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons or indoors at Muttart Conservatory during the Winter season.

At Nadine Crain Counselling, my mission is to provide a supportive and safe environment for Christian couples & individuals seeking to improve their mental well-being & relationships.

  • Christ-centered counselling, clergy care/counselling for pastors, ministry leaders, pastor spouses

  • Healing relationship to self and your own body, building confidence and compassion for yourself, recovery from purity culture, recovery from trauma

  • Anxiety, Stress, Emotional Regulation, Self-Esteem/Care, Improving view of self, self-compassion

  • Marriage counselling, pre-marital counselling, rebuilding trust, communication, dealing with sexual shame, recovering after affairs

  • Repairing wounds and building healthy attachment.

    Sessions with parents and children/teens, sessions with adult children and parents, sessions with siblings. Can be any two family members or more.

  • Walk and Talk sessions are counselling sessions that take place while walking on a trail. My walk and talk sessions happen at Mill Creek Ravine during the Spring, Summer and Fall seasons or indoors at Muttart Conservatory during the Winter season.

If you plan to use your benefits for counselling it is important to check if your plan covers “certified counsellors” or if they require you to see a Registered Psychologist or Social Worker in order to be reimbursed. I am a certified counsellor and not a Registered Psychologist or Social Worker.

I currently only offer direct billing to Sunlife.
