I’m Nadine. I’m a Canadian Certified Counsellor and an ADHD Certified Clinical Services Provider who works with individuals, couples and families.

I am passionate about helping my clients live their lives well and the term that I use to describe that is “Living Connected”. Living Connected means balancing the awareness of what is happening within ourselves with the awareness of what is happening around us. To help my clients with this I spend the first 1-2 sessions focused on understanding who they are, what they have experienced, and what they want to achieve. Then as we work on their specific goal in the following sessions, I aim to equip them with the coping skills, information and resources that help them live life with a new sense of awareness and connection to both themselves and those around them.

Whether you are coming to counselling as an individual or as a couple, my goal is to provide a safe space for your story and experience to be seen, heard and honoured. I make it a priority to help my clients feel comfortable and safe because I know it is not an easy thing to come to counselling and be vulnerable with a stranger. I am honoured every time I can hold space for the story my clients are living and working through.
