Expereince the Healing Benefits of

Counselling in Nature

Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of ecotherapy, which applies the research of how exposure to nature impacts mental and emotional well-being. In a Walk and Talk Therapy Session, we conduct a therapy session while walking a trail in nature.

Walk and Talk Therapy Sessions are now available to book!

Please note that clients must attend a Walk and Talk Intake session, either in person or online, with Nadine Crain before booking a Walk and Talk Session.
