WALK AND TALK THERAPY
Walk and Talk Therapy is a form of ecotherapy, which applies the research of how exposure to nature impacts mental and emotional well-being. In a Walk and Talk Therapy Session, we conduct a therapy session while walking a trail in nature.
*Please note that clients must attend an online or in-office intake session with Nadine Crain before booking a Walk and Talk Session.

As my walk and talk sessions at MillCreek Ravine are only available during Spring-Fall, I wanted to find an indoor option for walk and talk sessions to continue during the winter.
Walk and Talk sessions at Muttart are different from outdoor walking sessions in a few ways:
There is an admission price to enter Muttart that the client needs to pay.
It requires a slower pace of walking, and more pauses in walking.
There is more to observe and look at with all the variety of plants and flowers.
There will likely be more people around as it is a public building.
This may not be the best option for any clients that desire continuous, fast paced walking, or walk and talk sessions that are more private.
